Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, chargebacks, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on slotsapk. Accounts found to engage in prohibited activities will be suspended and winnings voided without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Before processing your first withdrawal request, slotsapk will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
slotsapk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations. Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified within 30 calendar days of a documentation request may be suspended, with the Real Money Balance returned to the original deposit method after deduction of any processing fees incurred.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotsapk account credentials. slotsapk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You must notify slotsapk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. slotsapk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account credentials.
slotsapk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Bank Alfalah, Raast instant payment system, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your slotsapk Real Money Balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
slotsapk does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which slotsapk bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your slotsapk account has completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to fund your slotsapk account and registered in your own name.
Standard withdrawal processing times from the point of approval are as follows:
slotsapk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account history is unusual, or there are other risk-based grounds for further review. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.
Bonus Balance: Bonus credit is not withdrawable directly. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of the resulting winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Balance. The Real Money Balance is not affected by this forfeiture.
slotsapk reserves the right to apply a withdrawal fee for excessive withdrawal frequency. Any applicable fee will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.
